FLUXA SUPPLEMENTS REFUND POLICY

At Fluxa Supplements, we want you to feel confident trying our products. This Refund Policy explains our Satisfaction Guarantees, standard return rules, damaged-item procedures, subscription cancellation timing, and certain rights that may apply to customers in the European Union.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEES

We offer product-specific Satisfaction Guarantees:

  • Sustained Clarity — 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Lipid Flow — 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied after using the product consistently as directed for the applicable guarantee period, you may request a refund, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

These are satisfaction-based commercial guarantees. They are not a promise of any specific health, wellness, cognitive, or other outcome.

2. GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • You must have purchased the product directly from fluxasupplements.com.
  • The guarantee applies only to a first-time purchase of each product.
  • You must use the product consistently as directed for the applicable guarantee period (60 consecutive days for Sustained Clarity, 90 consecutive days for Lipid Flow).
  • Your claim must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date for Sustained Clarity, or within 120 days of the original purchase date for Lipid Flow.
  • For Sustained Clarity, the guarantee covers up to two bottles total, which represents approximately a 60-day supply.
  • For Lipid Flow, the guarantee covers up to three bottles total, which represents approximately a 90-day supply.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  • Limit one guarantee claim per product, per customer or household.

We may request reasonable information necessary to verify your order and evaluate your claim.

3. HOW TO SUBMIT A GUARANTEE CLAIM

To request a refund under a Satisfaction Guarantee, email:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • The product name (Sustained Clarity or Lipid Flow)
  • A short explanation of why you were not satisfied

Keeping notes about your experience is optional. It is not required for eligibility.

4. STANDARD RETURNS FOR UNOPENED PRODUCTS

If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, you may request a standard return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@fluxasupplements.com and include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box if available.

If we confirm the issue, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost;
  • Issue a full refund; or
  • Refund any original shipping charges where required or appropriate.

If the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products, except where covered by the applicable Satisfaction Guarantee;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers;
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale;
  • Gift cards.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and verify an eligible return or approved guarantee claim, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you still have not received the funds, contact us at support@fluxasupplements.com.

8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product, return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order separately.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it through your customer account or by contacting support@fluxasupplements.com.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription order, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge or shipment.

Subscription orders remain subject to the same return and refund rules described in this Refund Policy.

10. EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Because dietary supplements are sealed goods that may not be suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, opened products may lose eligibility for the EU withdrawal right where permitted by law.

If you wish to exercise an applicable EU withdrawal right, contact support@fluxasupplements.com within the required period and include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

11. IMPORTANT SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMERS

The statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual results vary. Our Satisfaction Guarantees are based on your personal satisfaction and do not guarantee any specific result.
